1. Software for Title Insurance Industries
About the Client:
SystemPath LLC is a leading provider of Windows based client/server workflow management
software and technology services in the USA. Their primary focus is to develop customized
applications for Title Insurance companies and Real Estate industries.
The Situation:
Our client had developed an application product for Title Insurance company in US,
that automates order processing, recording, scanning, indexing, and retrieval of
public records (i.e. deeds, mortgages, vital statistics, etc.) from a computer workstation
rather than using paper-based books or microfilm/microfiche. The product allows
county recording offices to enter taxes and fees for an instrument to be recorded,
imprint the book/page number and taxes/fees on the appropriate pages and then scan
the instrument.
Due to the massive growth of the business and technological revolutions client wanted
to build a new online system and expand the features to over 30 branch offices and
connect all of them in to a single system and share the information with customers,
vendors and partners throughout the United States.
The Challenge:
SuriSoft's challenge was to develop a web-based version of the product that
allows online order processing, invoicing, tracking, searching, displaying scanned
documents over the Internet. To achieve the above goals the application demands
for extensive knowledge of .NET Framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL server
2000, Word-Processing (automated in application), communications, Web-services
for application integration for receiving online orders from outside customers,
Document imaging (Kofax and Twain) and document management. The application also
demands for significant amount of Database knowledge for distributed merge/replication
technologies.
Solution that we provided:
The SuriSoft Team was able to do deliver a high-quality web-based system in a timely
fashion. The following were incorporated to the web-based system:
- Created an attractive, user friendly and easy-to-navigate web interface.
- Created online order management module.
- Created various workflow management functions.

NYSALE alone has over 290,000 enrolled subscribers – and is adding 12,000-18,000
new subscribers every month.
The Situation:
Client had an existing website developed in ASP. Client had problem with managing
email lists, bulk email sending, email filtering, content management in addition
to the various back office management.
The Challenge:
SuriSoft's challenge was to migrate the present website in to .NET Environment and
develop various new business modules like email list management, bulk email sending,
email filtering, polls and surveys, remote web based administration in addition
to the support and maintenance.

SuriSoft's challenge was to develop an interface for real-time vehicle / driver
tracking system.

industries.
The Situation:
Client had an existing website developed in HTML. Client was unable to update products,
prices and other routine changes in web store which is necessary to keep the web
store up-to-date.
The Challenge:
SuriSoft's challenge was to migrate the present website to .NET Environment
and develop various new database modules like product catalog, pricing and offers,
remote database administration in addition to the support and maintenance.
